Looks like they are changing around the format with each week being dedicated to a different custard flavor:
January 1-4: Salted Buttery Caramel
January 5-11: Oatmeal Creme Pie
January 12-18: Peanut Butter Banana
January 19-25: Red Velvet
January 26-31: S'mores
